Madison Rotary Foundation Charitable Contributions Fund Guidelines


Each year, Madison Rotary Foundation supports selected projects and programs in the Madison community through distribution of funds raised during a range of Foundation activities throughout the year. These projects and programs are identified and allocation of funds is voted on by our membership.


If your organization is interested in being considered for a contribution from Madison Rotary Foundation, please complete the attached application form, provide any additional information on your organization that might be helpful to our Foundation membership.

Please take a look at the guidelines below before submitting the application.


Please submit applications before December 31, 2020

A decision on which organizations The Madison Rotary Club Board will donate to will be made in the beginning of 2021.
