FIRST STUDENT OF THE YEAR BROWN MS awarded to Megan Wood. Megan was presented with a Rotary Club framed certificate, Application for $100 EE bond from Liberty Bank presented by Linda Harvey. Rosewood Box with pen with Rotary inscription, Webster’s Thesaurus with Rotary Inscription, Rotary “Jump Drive”, Rotary Book Bag with inscription “Make Dreams Real”, Rotary sports seat cushion and a Student of the Year Plaque with her name as the 1st recipient to be placed at the Brown M S.
PROGRAM: Tom Burland gave a summary of the Visioning Program that was attended by 18 of our members and its resultant aims for our club to achieve by 2014. Goals for all avenues of service in our club were outlined and details will follow as each avenue of service evolves. An excellent presentation which should be put on our website or e-mailed to all for our edification.
